Welcome to KiyoraTravels.com. By booking or using our airport transfer and transportation services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. General Information
Kiyora Travels provides airport transfers and private transportation services across Sri Lanka. All bookings are handled with professionalism, care, and safety as our highest priority.
By using our services, you confirm that:
* You are at least 18 years old.
* The information you provide is accurate and complete.
* You accept full responsibility for any passengers included in your booking.
2. Booking & Confirmation
* Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
* A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us.
* Please double-check your travel dates, flight details, pickup location, and passenger count.
Incorrect details may result in delays or missed pickups.
3. Pricing & Payment
* Prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or USD.
* Rates may vary depending on distance, vehicle type, time of travel, and seasonal demand.
* Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or available digital payment methods.
* Any additional charges (extra stops, tolls, last-minute changes) will be communicated in advance.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
* Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup time.
* Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% charge.
* No-shows or cancellations after the driver has been dispatched are non-refundable.
* Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days.
5. Delays, Flight Changes & No-Shows
* For airport pickups, we monitor flight schedules and adjust the pickup time accordingly.
* If your flight is significantly delayed, please inform us as early as possible.
* If the driver cannot locate you and you remain unreachable for 30 minutes, it may be considered a no-show.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are required to:
* Be ready at the pickup location at the confirmed time.
* Respect the vehicle and maintain cleanliness.
* Avoid carrying prohibited, dangerous, or illegal items.
* Use seatbelts at all times for safety.
Kiyora Travels reserves the right to refuse service to passengers acting in an unsafe or abusive manner.
7. Luggage Policy
* Standard luggage allowance applies based on the selected vehicle type.
* Oversized or extra luggage must be mentioned during booking.
* Kiyora Travels is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
8. Safety Standards
We maintain strict safety practices, including:
* Regularly serviced, air-conditioned vehicles
* Licensed, experienced, and English-speaking drivers
* Compliance with local transport regulations
* 24/7 customer support for emergencies
Passengers must follow driver instructions for their own safety.
9. Service Limitations
Kiyora Travels is not responsible for delays caused by:
* Traffic, road closures, or weather conditions
* Mechanical failures or unforeseen emergencies
* Incorrect information provided by the passenger
* Situations beyond our control (force majeure)
We will always aim to provide timely and reliable service, but delays may occur.
10. Changes to Bookings
Requests to modify pickup time, vehicle type, or destination must be made at least 6 hours in advance, subject to availability.
11. Liability Disclaimer
Kiyora Travels is not liable for:
* Missed flights due to traffic, late departures, or passenger delays
* Loss of personal items
* Injuries caused by passengers not following safety instructions
* Indirect or consequential losses
Our liability is limited to the value of the service purchased.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Personal information is used only for:
* Booking confirmation
* Customer communication
* Service improvements
We do not sell or share your data with third parties except when required for operational purposes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be handled under Sri Lankan jurisdiction.
